whole milk & skim milk

All milk is good for us, but all are not the same. Whole milk is higher in calories and fat, and it has slightly less calcium than skim milk.  For example, whole milk contains 150 calories, 8 grams of fat, and 250 milligrams of calcium. On the other hand, skim milk contains 90 calories, 0.5 gram of fat, and 316 milligrams of calcium. Nevertheless, both whole milk and skim milk have high sources of protein, phosphorous and potassium. For example, skim milk can be used to cook any type of food, and there will be no difference between the taste of skim and whole milk. Another advantage of the use of skim milk is to lose weight. For example, by just drinking less the calories, people can get to lose a lot weight in a short period of time. The flavors of both types of milk are different, but if you consume skim milk on a daily basis, it will be easy to get use to its particular flavor. In conclusion, whole milk and skim milk have differences but they are both nutricious.
